We do not service loans in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, or North Carolina. Also, we are a specialized broker and do not offer owner occupied funding nor any other form of personal, business, or real estate loans other than those specified.
